It is important that you, as our client, understand exactly what we offer you as a service, and understand the limitations of our agreement. It is important to us that we meet your expectations and that you understand what we intend to do for you. Every relationship we develop will be based upon a contract that lays out exactly what services we will perform for you. The signed statement will set forth that specific service or services to be performed and the charge or fee therefore. In the event any or all of the services are to be performed on an hourly or other specific basis, the rate therefore shall be set forth and a limit fixed as to the number of periodic units of such services that may be performed without any specific authorization from you, our client. Such statement will also acknowledge that we will not perform any services beyond such limits unless you consent in writing thereto. No other services should be expected.
We feel that an open honest relationship is most important. You should know that in no way do we guarantee, imply or suggest that our services will prevent damage to, or in any way deter criminal activity from occurring at your premises. We will do the inspections, investigations, checks and other acts that we are hired to do, with the frequency that we commit to, and will report back to you, our client, with the information that we contract to supply to you.
