It is not possible to post a price list for all of our services because each job is unique and the cost is based upon many factors. We will strive to give you the best product for your money.
Property Checks - A basic exterior check of a home with a total exterior measurement less than three hundred feet consists of a complete walk around to manually check each door, look at all windows, overhead wires, trees and branches in close proximity to the contract building and a check for vehicles that should or should not be on the property. The cost for such a check is thirty dollars per visit and includes an outbuilding, docks, boathouse and/or ice eaters. An interior check on an average two story home adds ten dollars to the base price.
Investigative Work - Investigative work pricing varies by the type of work that is requested and the work product required. Prices will be quoted based upon your specific needs.
