The Lake George/Saratoga region is one of the most beautiful areas of the country. It's natural beauty and pure waters are a treasure to behold and enjoy. Many people have primary or secondary homes here because they enjoy the fine things that the area offers. With the warm weather the lakes and mountains become very popular. Besides the beautiful scenery and recreational opportunities, the area is rich in history and is home to many museums, sporting events, horse racing, attractions, shopping and fine dining. The natural beauty and the opportunities the area offers make this a very special area to live.
In the fall and winter conditions change and this area becomes one of the coldest spots in the state. Temperatures well below zero and lots of snow and wind make for a completely different environment. Some people still come to enjoy winter past times such as skiing, snowmobiling, skating or ice fishing, but most people avoid the area during the "off season."
If you are one of those second home owners who seldom visits your property for extended periods of time, or a full time resident who vacates your property temporarily, regardless of the time of year, our business is for you. We will visit your home or business as often as you desire to check on its condition.We provide an array of services to provide you with the security you need when you are unavailable to check on your home personally. Services offered include:
- exterior walk around
- check for broken doors and windows, downed wires or trees, or for evidence of trespass
- check of outbuildings, dock or boathouse
- visual inspection of ice eaters to assure they are operating
- interior inspections to check heat, water, power and look for signs of burglary, water intrusion or other problems
- instant notification by phone of serious concerns
- email notification after each site visit
- online customer services area where you may see photos taken during each property visit
- schedule of visits to suit your needs
We are willing to construct any type of inspection that you desire on a schedule that fits your needs. Property checks may be daily, weekly, or on any other schedule you wish. We will also do inspections on request regardless of the schedule you may have previously chosen. Any serious problems noted during inspections will be brought to your attention immediately, not by mail, not the next day, but right away by telephone while on site if possible. Minor problems that don't require immediate action, or that have been resolved, will be reported to you by e-mail. Pictures of your premises will be posted on our website in a password-protected section for you to view so that you can see for yourself what the conditions were when the check was done.
Our job is to give you what you need, so you can sleep at night without worrying about your home or property. We are like the friends next door, but "We are better than a good neighbor." We are professionals.
