The company is owned and managed by a retired police officer with more than 30 years of experience enforcing both New York State and federal laws. Twenty-three of those years were spent supervising and then managing the operations of a statewide police force. During those years he was involved in or directed the most varied types of investigations which ran the gamut from minor petty offenses to major felonies involving both state and federal criminal and civil prosecutions.
He was also involved in the development of new systems, improved investigative techniques and enforcement methods that have been adopted throughout the state and in some instances, across the nation. Contacts throughout the United States and Canada that were developed during the course of his police career benefit the company's ability to function beyond the state's borders.
Employees are generally retired or active duty law enforcement officers. They are selected for their abilities, trustworthiness and character. This business is based on honesty and accuracy. When hired, we will do the best possible job in the least amount of time. In investigations we will report all of our findings to the person or firm we are representing. All employees are legally bound to hold all information uncovered during an investigation as confidential. The information will not be disseminated beyond the company without the written approval and request of the client who requested the investigation.
The company's owner is licensed by the Secretary of State as a Private Investigator, is bonded as required by law and is insured for the services advertised.
